King Reef Resort Terms & Conditions

Important Information

If any of these conditions below give you cause for concern, please speak with one of our friendly staff members before signing this document. This document is designed to ensure the safety of all guests and ensure the best possible experience while staying with us.

Any changes to the above booking, including extra overnight guests, will incur additional charges which you hereby agree to pay at the time of change.  Cabins left in an unsatisfactory state will incur a cleaning charge of up to $500.00.  All visitors to the park are your responsibility and must report to the office and sign in on arrival.  Visitors must depart by 10pm. No refunds are given for early departure.

Smoking is not permitted indoors at King Reef Resort.  If any smoking is detected within a cabin, there will be a fee of up to $500.00 to cover upholstery & linen cleaning.

Helmets must be always worn when using bicycles, scooters, skateboards or any other wheeled toy.  These vehicles are not to be used in or around hotel/motel/cabins or amenities block.

Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

No refunds are given for early departure.  We reserve the right to refuse entry into our park.  A full refund will be issued under this circumstance.

Management reserves the right to charge for excess power over 5kw per day.

PRIVACY. King Reef Resort sometimes mails or emails marketing related information to customers, to keep them up to date with special offers, improvements, award wins, etc. The Management respects your privacy. If you do not wish to receive such marketing related information, please tick the following box:  please remove me from your marketing database. Please note: Our Privacy Policy is available on our website or at reception.


INDEMNITY. Guests staying at King Reef Resort take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during their stay. King Reef Resort takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from accommodation or vehicles and suggests that guests securely lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicle when unoccupied. No refunds will be issued. Upon departure, any key deposit or other bonds paid are refunded to guests, provided the hired items are returned in the same condition upon check out.
